To honor the service of Mrs. Rosalie Carroll, a member of the Charleroi Area School Board for more than 24 years, a memorial donation was made by Mrs. Patsy Brinker, current school board member, to the Charleroi Elementary Library. The money was used to purchase library books for the students at the elementary center.
