Good Food at ‘Apple Fest’ and History Comes Alive At ‘Log House Days’
‘Apple Fest’ will feature BBQ, apple dumplings and folk music while ‘Greenock Log House Days’ will host colonial reenactors and vendors when the two events occur next to each other Saturday, Sept. 28 in Elizabeth Township.
Apple dumplings are a favorite at the Greenock U. M. Church Apple Fest. Larry Hettler oversees the baking until they are golden with a crispy crust. |
