The "Friends" will be holding their annual fall book sale October 16, 17, and 18 in the Township Community Center Bldg. It's not too early to plan on what you might be donating to this sale.
We need all books: adult, children, teens, fiction and non-fiction. Other needed items are toys; puzzles; games; stuffed animals/toys; DVDs; CDs; video tapes; blu ray; books on tape; any audio/video material; records; and albums. Puzzle and game boxes should be taped shut and must have all parts and pieces. No outdated books or materials of any kind will be accepted.
The "Friends" no longer accept encyclopedias, magazines, National Geographics, small Reader's Digest or computer books, materials that are more than 3 years old, and please, no garage sale items.
Due to lack of storage space, all donated items should be placed in boxes and marked what is inside boxes, whether hardbacks, fiction, non-fiction, etc. Items are to be brought to library lobby beginning September 27th in boxes.
Boxes can be usually be requested at grocery/liquor stores or any retail store.
