Paying it forward!
A special thank you goes out to Class of 2003 alumni Fillip Nelson and his friend Kweita Holmes. While visiting from Washington D.C. over Labor Day weekend, they dropped off over $100 in school supplies for the middle and high school! Notebook Donations Make a Difference
Third grader Josiah Brown's mother, Jessica Ferrero, visited Clairton Elementary on September 17, 2014 with a surprise for principal Dr. Berger - 200 notebooks for the elementary school to use in classrooms. Open Houses Held at Clairton
Clairton City School District hosted three open houses, one for grades 6-8, 9-12, and kindergarten-5th grade. The open houses were a huge success and many parents came out to support the district. Included in the evenings of the open house were refreshments, bake sales, a book fair, Title I information, and a book giveaway.
