Wednesdays at the Monongahela Area Historical Society Museum: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., 230 West Main Street, Monongahela, PA 15063. Call 724-292-8247 first to confirm availability. Our friendly and informed volunteer docents are available for assistance in local history and to view the collection.

 Self-Guided Walking Tour of Monongahela Historic District: Available all summer. Stop by the museum and pick up a brochure and do our self-guided walking tour. There are 22 historic locations to visit along the way. Brochures are available in the MAHS Museum outside doorway in the covered brochure holder or at Autumn Antiquities and at CJ's Furniture. We have incorporated smart phone technology into the tour, which includes video and narration for each location. All you need is your smart phone or Internet-enabled tablet and the free QR Reader app. There is no fee for this event, though donations are gladly accepted.
