Brownsville Sons & Daughters of Italy is planning a car cruise for Saturday, July 30 with a rain date of July 31 from noon to 4 p.m. Car/Truck Registration Time: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dash plaques go to the first 75 vehicles registered. Entrance fee per vehicle is $5. Spectators are free with no admission charge.

Door prizes/gift certificates randomly drawn for registered vehicles only. For registered vehicles only, free pasta is awarded to the driver of the vehicle.

We have an air-conditioned dining hall, and pop-ups allowed behind registered vehicle. A DJ playing '50s-'60s music, a 50-50 drawing, a Chinese auction, goodie bags, and indoor restroom facilities add to the festivities.

Menu of homemade food: pasta and meatballs, cabbage and noodles, hot sausage sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, beer, pop, and water.
