When Pastor Tim Green and his wife Jan opened Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh Church in West Elizabeth, they were determined to be more than a church. They wanted to support the community as peers, mentors, and friends.

MovieNights
Pastor Tim Green, Council member Janet Isaacs, and Jan Green are working together to create a summer packed with exciting events for West Elizabeth residents.

They have achieved success by planning events including monthly dinner nights for residents, a support group for addictions, Community Day picnics, and now, movie nights at the baseball field. Movie nights at the West Elizabeth baseball field are scheduled for June 17, July 15, and August 19.

Town council members have joined the Greens in this endeavor. The council's newest members are coming on board with fresh ideas and welcome suggestions from the community.
