The Monongahela Valley Hospital/Lois Orange Ducoeur Breast Cancer Walk committee will host its 2nd Annual “Paint & Sip” to raise money for the breast cancer awareness walk on Oct. 10, and invites the community to try this creative craze sweeping the region.

For a $40 donation, Casey Clark at Off the Wall Arts, will teach attendees how to paint a vase on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 6:30 p.m. The studio is located at 532 McKean Avenue in Charleroi. No artistic skills or painting experience are required. Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
A light snack and dessert will be provided and guests are encouraged to bring their own snacks to share, as well as their choice of beverages and drink ware.

In its 12th year, the MVH/Lois Orange Ducoeur Breast Cancer Walk, is a one- or two-mile fun walk held annual in October to support the prevention, early detection and treatment of breast cancer in our community at Monongahela Valley Hospital.

Admission for the Paint & Sip is a $40 donation and all skill levels are welcome. The walk is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Charleroi Market House.
