Peters Creek Historical Society will host their annual picnic for members and guests, on Monday July 23rd at 6:00 pm on the grounds of the historic Enoch Wright House, Venetia Road, Venetia.

Pictured above is the recently, redone herb garden of raised beds with the old granite watering trough in the background.

The society will provide hotdogs, hamburgers, beverages and members are asked to bring a side dish or dessert.

A special invitation is extended to the Giant Oaks gardeners, who maintain the variety of gardens on site.
