West Newton held its annual community festival on the weekend of September 8-10.
Yough High School Marching Band |
There was an ice cream barn, and a parade, led by the Mon Valley Leathernecks. Yough High School's marching band and majorettes entertained the crowds, and Missy McMaGrew provided face-painting services for little ones. Games were part of the event as well, with the Rostraver Lions hosting a chuck-a-luck game booth. The event also hosted the band NETWORK for musical entertainment. All in all, the beautiful weather and fun-filled activities allowed everyone to have a great time!
