The holidays are fast approaching, and the Bethel Art Guild (BAG) wants to be a part of your 2016 Christmas memories with our December meeting.

Our December meeting will also be our annual Christmas party, and what is a party without food? So, as usual, fallowing our business meeting, our Christmas lunch will be served. The cookies are always a big hit! Then we will settle in to listen to our December speaker, Dianna Heater.

After attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and receiving her degree in photography multimedia, Dianna advanced and continued her art studies in visual communication, art restoration, and photo retouching. Dianna has a professional digital retouching and restoration studio. She has taught classes at the Pittsburgh Art Institute, and she has had a successful professional art career doing commissioned work using graphite, acrylics, and water color. Dianna has a new passion; she has fallen in love with “pan pastels.” She is looking forward to sharing this new passion with you and introducing you to this new medium, so join us at our December meeting.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December1, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. Come one, come all! Meetings are held at the Bethel Park Community Center, 5151 Park Ave., Bethel Park. This meeting will be our last until February 2017.
