Janis Lipinski, of Cecil, Pennsylvania, was the recipient of the Women’s Business Network, Inc. (WBN) 2016 Service Award. This honor is awarded annually to a member who has distinguished herself by meritorious service in the furthering of WBN, its mission and goals.

Mrs. Lipinski is the President and Owner of Creative Care Solutions, an independent geriatric care management consulting practice that provides assistance and support to aging adults and their families who are facing ongoing health challenges. Her expertise leads families to the actions and decisions that ensure quality care and an optimal life for those they love, reducing worry, stress, and time off from work for family caregivers. She has been in the field of aging for eight years and previously worked for the Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging.
Janis is a member of the WBN South Hills Chapter; she also serves on the WBN Board of Directors as the Recording Secretary and is the Chairman of the WBN Education Committee. She is also a member of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), the American Society on Aging (ASA), and an active member of Crossroads United Methodist Church in North Fayette. Janis volunteers as a mentor through Family Guidance in Sewickley, she enjoys gardening, and takes advantage of every opportunity to spend time with her three grandchildren.
