Brownsville Sons & Daughters of Italy is planning a car cruise for Saturday, July 30 with a rain date of July 31 from noon to 4 p.m. Car/Truck Registration Time: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dash plaques go to the first 75 vehicles registered. Entrance fee per vehicle is $5. Spectators are free with no admission charge.

As a veteran, himself, who served in Vietnam, the Nottingham Township resident is concerned about the problems faced by today’s veterans, who have endured multiple deployments into war zones, perpetual stress of combat operations and long-time displacement from their loved ones.
