Treehaven Garden Club will hold its annual Mother’s Day weekend plant sale from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 7 at the South Park Shops on Route 88 in Bethel Park.

Cedar Creek Park is hosting a free event celebrating the addition of 28 acres of land at Cedar Creek.

The Athene Club sponsored the annual Senior Girls Tea for the girls graduating this year from Charleroi Area High School. The event was held at the Monongahela Valley Country Club on Friday, April 15, 2016 at noon.

Peters Township Park and Recreation Department is offering the following events at the Community Center. All classes can be viewed at www. peterstownship.com on the Parks and Recreation web page. Session three will run from May 1 – June 25. The Rec Center is located at 700 Meredith Drive, Venetia.
