The West Newton Library will be hosting its 3rd annual progressive appetizer and dessert event on Saturday, June 18 from 5 – 8 p.m.

Come and spend the evening visiting five homes located in historic West Newton that date from the 1850s through the 1960s. Enjoy yourself as you relax on the porches and decks of these gracious homes while you indulge in fabulous appetizers and desserts. Each location you visit will be a treat as you meet the owners and learn the history of the homes.

Tickets are just $15 a person and may be purchased at Gary's Chuck Wagon, West Newton Library, from members of the Friends of the Library, or by calling Patty Medsger at 724-691-0127. The event is held rain or shine. Get your tickets early, because space is limited. All proceeds raised help maintain the library
