The Woods of Jefferson Wins Borough of Jefferson Hills Softball Tournament for 4th Time

The Woods won the 5th Annual Borough of Jefferson Hills Softball Tournament, sponsored by the Borough's Recreation Board, on Sunday, August 24.

 The win made them champions for the third consecutive year and gave them four wins in five years. Eight local teams participated in the event - Patriot Pointe (Monkey Bar); The Woods; Inglefield; Screwballs; Misfits; Jelly's Garage Doors; Northwood; and the Borough Recreation Board.

Proceeds of the event, held at the 885 Andrew Reilly Memorial Park, went to a local charity.
