Seniors for Safe Driving presents highway safety education programs for senior citizens 55 years of age and older. The highway safety programs are certified by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation. The successful completion of the program makes seniors eligible for a 5% discount on their automobile insurance premiums, across the board, for a period of three years. The discount is mandated by PA state law.

We'll be departing from the Charleroi Chamber Parking lot at 9:30 a.m. and will arrive at the Ramada Inn, Ligonier, for a delicious Hawaiian luncheon. Afterwards, you will have time for shopping at the more than 60 specialty shops in Ligonier. Then, we're off to the Ligonier Theater for the show 'Polynesian Fire,' featuring the rhythms of Tahitian drums, Samoan fire dancing, the dance of Tonga, the ancient Hawaiian Hula, and the songs and dances of Polynesia.
