The following information is for the Venetia Community Center located at 800 Venetia Rd., Venetia, PA. We are sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging.
Here at the Venetia Community Center, some good times are in the making for fall - some important information by Doctor Needle of Crossroads Eye Care and some memories from our speaker from the Trolley Museum.
October 9 - Dr. Needle, a doctor from Crossroads Eye Care, will have some important information on eye care.October 23 - Linn from the Trolley Museum, located in Washington next to the fairgrounds, will present many fond memories for all.
During October, there will also be blood pressure screenings by a nurse from Caring Mission of Washington. The time for these sessions will be 11 to 12. Take advantage of this opportunity.
Birthdays for October are Edna Bashista, Alice Collar, Rose Marie Forbes, Rosemarie Leslie and Shirley Mitchell. Many happy returns.
Anniversary wishes go out to Bill and Eileen Higbee and James and Rosemarie Leslie. Have a great time celebrating all those happy years!
