On Wednesday, October 7, 2015, the Rostraver Township Board of Commissioners honored two residents for their years of service volunteering as appointed board members.

| John Carroll honored |
Mr. John Carroll was a member of the Rostraver Township Zoning Hearing Board from 1983-2015. Mr. Robert Malena was a member of the Rostraver Township Recreation Commission from 1973-2015. Both men were Chairman of their respected Boards before resigning. In attendance to honor Mr. Carroll and Mr. Malena were members of the Zoning Hearing Board and Recreation Commission.
