Central Elizabeth Township Lions Club is proud to present a $500 award to Carly McCall, daughter of Gail McCall, and Zachary Martik, son of Kristie Martik.'

The motto of Lions International is “We Serve.” Carly has made a commitment to serving others by volunteering as a camp counselor and helping to place wreaths on veterans' graves as part of “Wreaths Across America” while maintaining an excellent academic record. She plans to attend Florida Institute of Technology in the fail.

Zachary was the Leo Club president this year and set an example of serving others by participating in the preparation of Christmas food baskets, distributed by the Central Elizabeth Lions Club, for the past 3 years. He has helped by volunteering in the many fundraisers held by the Leo and Lion clubs this past year. Zachary will attend UNC or Yale University where he plans to pursue a medical career.
