When Luke Serra graduated Ringgold High School as co-valedictorian in 2014, he certainly hadbuilt several demanding projects in Mr. Jeremy Reppert's carpentry class at the Mon Valley Career & Technical School.

FMC1
The Finleyville Magic Castle, designed and constructed by Luke Serra.

His three years of training with Mr. Reppert landed him a full-time position with a local contractor, but after a year on the job, Luke was ready for a more creative project that everyone could enjoy.

Carefully designing, drawing, measuring and estimating, his vision was completed and mounted at the driveway entrance of his home in Finleyville, to the delight of many groups of children and their families on Halloween night.

On hand to help with final painting touches was brother, Ethan Serra, Ringgold Class of 2013.

Several friends in costume added to the overall fun and welcomed every trick-or-treater as they stepped up onto the drawbridge to receive the memory of a lifetime at the Finleyville Magic Castle of 2015. Nice job, Luke!
