Mantle House Mission, a nonprofit, Christ-centered transition home for homeless young males ages 18-24 years old, is having its Fall Fundraiser Dinner.
Entertainment has been added to this year’s dinner - enjoy various local musicians and vocalists along with Jimmy Sykes while you dine at the LeGrande Room at Gary's Chuckwagon, located at 109 South Second St. in West Newton.
The stuffed pork chop dinner will be from 4-7 p.m. The $12 ticket includes stuffed pork chop dinner, homemade dessert, and a chance to win a Christmas basket full of goodies and live entertainment by various local musicians and vocalists. Help stock our cupboards by bringing canned goods or nonperishable items. Proceeds benefit Mantle House Mission.
Tickets may be purchased at Gary’s Chuckwagon, Mantle House Mission Resale Store, and Ace Hardware in West Newton. For more information please call 724-872-1800 or email mantlehousemission@yahoo.com.
Don't forget…you can shop at the Mantle House Mission Resale Store, located at 132 South Water Street in West Newton, where all proceeds go towards helping house and assist our young residents. A new bookstore will replace the Children’s Room on the first level; the Children’s Room will move to the second level. Donations are appreciated and can be brought to the store during business hours; for larger items, please call ahead. We do not accept TVs, printers, or scanners.
