Beginning on June 3 and ending on June 6, the 18 nuns of Elizabeth Township's Motherhouse and Father Kirby hosted a flea market.

They host this event every year to assist with living expenses for the sisters. Last year they brought in roughly $1,000, and this year, the amount was more than five times as much – the flea market brought in more than $5,000! Mary Louise Konchak was the chairperson for this event and, along with Sister Rosemary, helped to organize the market. Pictured is the flea market that has everything from dishware to bed comforters and the prices just can't be beat, with nearly every item under $5.
