The Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation is offering a "Fall Foray" Homeschool Outdoor Classroom at Mingo Creek County Park on Thursday, November 13 at Shelter 6. Two sessions are available; Session I will begin at 10 a.m. and Session II will begin at 1 p.m.

Join us as we enjoy the sights and sounds of fall while hiking through the wilderness of Mingo Creek Park. You never know what we might see or find along the way! We will be out on the trails today, so please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather. This hike is not stroller-friendly.

Please note that this program is designed for homeschooled children ages 5 to 11. Pre-registration is required and can be made by calling the Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation office at 724-228-6867. There is no fee for this program.
