The Washington County Department of Parks & Recreation will be offering group hayrides this fall in Mingo Creek County Park.

Dates are Friday, October 10, Saturday, October 11 , Friday, October 17, Saturday, October 18, Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25. The Friday evening hayrides are available from 5 - 8 p.m. Hayrides scheduled on Saturday, October 11 are available from 6 - 8 p.m. Hayrides schedule for Saturday, October 18 and 25 are available from 1 - 8 p.m.

Hayrides are approximately 50 minutes in length. The haywagon can accommodate approximately 25 people/hour. The use of a picnic shelter and a fire circle for two hours before or after the scheduled hayride is also provided. The cost is $50 per hayride. Hayrides book quickly. Call the Washington County Parks & Recreation Office at 724-228-6867 for available times and information about scheduling a hayride in Mingo Creek County Park.

Mingo Creek Park is located 12 miles east of Washington off of Route 136.
