Bowl for a cure for thyroid cancer on August 23 from 5 - 7 p.m. at Legacy Lanes, 5024 Curry Rd. in Baldwin.
This 'Country for the Cure' event includes an outdoor country music concert from 7:15 - 10 p.m. with Dawn Savage and Carolyn Marie, featuring local line dancing by Dionna. $40 per person for the entire event. 144 tickets sold, 6 people per lane, 4 p.m. check-in.
