Annual Band Festival in Peters Township

Music will fill the autumn night air as the Peters Township Mighty Indian Marching Band hosts its annual band festival on Saturday, September 21 at 7 p.m. at the Peters Township High School stadium, 264 East McMurray Road.

High School marching bands performing this year include Bethel Park, Canonsburg-McMillan, Chartiers-Houston, North Hills, West Greene and the Peters Township Mighty Indian Marching Band.

The Peters High School choirs will open the band festival with vocal selections. The Thiel College Tomcat Marching Pride from Greenville, Pennsylvania is the featured college band. Tickets will be sold at the gate the evening of the band festival and concessions will be available.
