Mon Valley Chamber Tops Rostraver Chamber
It was a great night for softball on July 31 as the Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce (MVRCC) defended their title by taking home the coveted “Chamber Pot” for the 2nd time under Coach Tom Villella.

The MVRCC team defeated the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerc (GRCC) by a score of 22-14. Many players stood out on the MVRCC team, including Tyler Patch with an inside-the-park homerun and Washington County Commissioner Harlan Shober with a catch in the bottom of the 7th inning to end the game.
Thank you to Steve Russell, D.J. Slagle and Dave Kurowsky who umpired the event and special thanks to Charleroi Community Park Trustees, Ed Uhutch, Alvin, and Announcer Eugene Turtzer.
