A limited edition oil on canvas, “The Miner”, has been donated to the Fredericktown Area Public Library by the artist, Mary Elaine Lozosky, to be used as a fundraiser.

The original oil of “The Miner” was awarded first place in the portrait category in the 2009 Valley Art Club Juried Show. The library is selling tickets for $5 for three(3) numbers that play on the PA Lottery November 11, 2013, 7:00 p.m. drawing. Tickets are available at the library and all proceeds benefit the library.
