Travel Club
2nd Thursday of the month starting Thursday, June 13 from 7:00 - 8:45 p.m. Hosted by Kristin Mareska, owner of South Hills Travel. Meeting topics will vary from month to month, depending on what the members would like to discuss. First up: Disney! We'll be discussing Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort - the differences between them, which may be right for your next vacation, and what's new in each park. Bring your favorite Disney memories, photos, tips, and any questions you may have. Email programs@ptlibrary.org or call 724-941-9430 to register to attend.

My Journey to Hekima Place
Wednesday, June 19 from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. This inspirational evening is about 2 local residents who are making a difference in the lives of young girls orphaned by AIDS/HIV in Kenya. In 2005, Mt. Lebanon resident Kate Fletcher founded Hekima Place to provide these children with a stable home environment and an education. Lorraine Bridy recently traveled to Kenya and will discuss her decision to volunteer and her experiences with the children. She will provide background information about the faith-based home and share videos of some of the children who currently reside there. Email programs@ptlibrary.org or call 724-941-9430 to register to attend.

Laughter Club
Thursday, June 20 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Laughter Clubs promote laughter inside to support happiness outside. Participants get together to use laughter to improve health and outlook, as laughter can reduce stress, strengthen your immune system, and lower your blood pressure. Laughter Clubs utilize a systematic activity approach that is based on a foundation of practices, such as yoga, meditation, and modern medical science. Email programs@ptlibrary.org or call 724-941-9430 to register to attend. Drop-Ins are also welcomed!
