What is “fracking”, how does it work and why do we do it? Who is Marcellus, and why is his shale so important?
At the May meeting of the Retired Men’s Luncheon Group of Pleasant Hills, Barb Hall, representing Test America, Inc. and the Marcellus Shale Coalition, will help us to a better understanding of this subject which seems destined to have a significant effect on Southwest Pennsylvania.
The meeting will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 16 in the Fellowship Hall of the Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church, located at the corner of Old Clairton Road and Audrey Drive in Pleasant Hills. Cost for the lunch is only $6.00.
For additional information, or to indicate your intention to attend, call the office of the Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church at 412-655-2000. Please call by Friday, May 10 to be included in the lunch order.
