StoryTime: Monday - 2:30 and 6 pm; Tuesday - 10:30 am; also the 1st & 3rd Saturdays: April 6 and April 20 at 11 am.
Wednesday Crafternoons: 5 – 6:30 pm. On April 24, guest crafter, Natalie Reese, from Westmoreland Cleanways, will show how to make paper from recycled materials.
Learn to Play Scrabble: Saturday, April 6 and April 20, 1-3 pm.
Visit the library exhibit at the Mon Valley Home Show April 5, 6, 7 at Rostraver Ice Garden.
2nd and 4th Friday Classic Film Series: April 12 and 26 – Doors open at 6:30 for popcorn and cartoons. The movie starts at 7 pm. April 26: “Akeelah and the Bee.”
National Library Week is April 14 – 20. The Annual Spring Used Book Sale will be held all that week.
Last Monday Guest Reader: Firemen from MVF #1 will read “Curious George and the Firefighters” Monday, April 29 at 6 pm. Children will be able to explore a real fire truck which will be on display in the library parking lot.
