Once again, when there’s a need for financial support, the folks at the Ginger Hill Grange rolled up their sleeves and cranked out another successful spaghetti dinner fundraiser.

The dining hall at the Ginger Hill Grange was packed with supporters of David Phillips, who was in a serious car accident.
Several months ago, David Phillips (age 20) of RD2, Monongahela and a Ringgold graduate, was in a very serious auto accident and is still hospitalized. His family faces mounting medical bills, so, on January 20, the Ginger Hill Grange hosted a spaghetti dinner and Chinese auction to help raise funds. Sally Holets of the Grange estimated that they sold over 600 dinners at the event and that they used about 80 pounds of spaghetti. Local stores donated food and items for the Chinese auction. The dinner was so well attended that at times it was difficult finding a parking spot in
the lot! The “Saddle Tramps,” a local country/western group for which David’s dad Rudy plays lead guitar, entertained folks enjoying their dinners. This is another great example of how the local Grange pitches in when it counts, and they thank all the
