Chase the winter blues away and learn the art of fly tying this winter. The Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation is offering an Introduction to Fly Tying program February 5, 12, and 19.
During this three-part program, participants will learn to create basic fish catching flies using feathers, fur, thread, and hooks. Registration is required, as space is limited; call 724-228-6867. All materials and equipment required for this program will be provided for a $10 material fee. The program will be held at Courthouse Square, Room 705, 100 West Beau St., Washington.
