Daley said constituents seeking tax assistance must make an appointment, bring last year’s tax returns, and all original, stamped/paid 2012 property tax receipts.
Also needed are all forms and booklets received from the Pennsylvania Revenue Dept. The forms have a personal identification number that is unique to each individual. Use of that number allows the tax return to be filed via the Revenue Department’s Internet site.
