Mon Valley Academy for the Arts (MVAA) will present the Sam Bill Legacy Band, featuring the acclaimed Take 5 Brass quintet, in a special concert to honor our veterans on November 11, from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. The event will be held at the Sons of Italy (Frank Ricco Lodge) at 16 Race Street, Brownsville, PA.

This heartfelt evening of music and tribute is open to all, with free admission for veterans in recognition of their service. General admission is $10, and refreshments will be available, including a cash bar and pizza for purchase.

The MVAA invites community members to nominate a special veteran to be recognized during the event. To submit a veteran's name, branch of service, rank, and specialty (name required; all other information is optional), please call or text Annette Buffer at 724-561-5616.

“Supporting our veterans through music is our way of giving back to those who have given so much for us,” says Annette Buffer, President of MVAA. “We hope this concert will unite our community to show our respect and gratitude to our heroes.”

To reserve seats, please call or text 724-561-5616.

This Veterans Day concert is part of MVAA’s ongoing commitment to enriching the community through the arts and honoring those who have served. Join us for an evening of powerful music, camaraderie, and community spirit as we pay tribute to our veterans.
