Long Branch Community Grange recently announced their schedule of shows for 2024. They have four great shows scheduled. Tickets for dinner and a show are just $40 and can be purchased from any of the Grangers or by calling 724-938-2529 or 724-469-2736. The Grange is located at 210 Chestnut Street, Coal Center, Pa 15423.

“DEATH AND TAXES” or “The Peasants Are Revolting!” Travel with us into the Middle Ages when peasants toil, rats frolic and the king is….well, king! Pestilence and disease aren’t the only thing that are deadly; we hear that tax season might kill you too!

“ONE MAN, ONE PIANO, ONE NIGHT!” Lee Alverson will present a live vocal and piano show featuring a variety of music. As part of the program, he will feature his digital baby grand piano. Lee has appeared throughout North America and has been well-received, with thousands of people attending his concerts. He has opened for Barry Manilow and The Beach Boys. He is known as a master pianist and showman.

“A ROMANTIC JOURNEY OF BALLADS BY GARY LANE”. Local boy, Gary Dunmeyer, grew up in Long Branch and is coming to the Grange for this special concert. Gary has done two John Denver Tribute Concerts and also a Bobby Vinton Concert in Billings, Montana. He also sang for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, the National Rifle Association, The Gideons International, the International Elks Association, and the Billings Montana Minor League Baseball Association. He has also sung at many weddings, memorials, and the Mon Valley “Showboat Talent Shows”. Gary invites you to come and relax as you hear the songs that bring back memories of the legendary singers John Denver, Bobby Vinton, and Johnny Mathis!
