Community Revitalization of West Newton (C.R.O.W.N) will be holding two events during the month of October.  

On Saturday, October 7, a ‘Sadie Hawkins’ Dance will be held from 6:30PM to 9:30PM. Enjoy line dance lessons with Stacey & Kelli, and music by DJ Randy.  The dance will be held at the West Newton Gym, located at 113 South 5th Street.  Admission $5 for adults and $3 for children 15 and under.  Purchase tickets from a CROWN member or contact CROWN15089@yahoo.com.

A ‘Fall Funday’ will be held on Saturday, October 14, at Cort Street Park from 11:00AM to 3:00PM.  Carve a pumpkin, build a scarecrow (free activities).  Participate in the Pumpkin Race down Cort Street at 2:00PM with cash prizes! Send an e-mail with name and address and number of children participating to CROWN15089@yahoo.com.    

Tickets are just $5, and can be purchased from a CROWN member.
