Mon River Arts Holding Musical Auditions
Mon River Arts will hold auditions for Raold Dahl's ‘Matilda the Musical’ on Tuesday March 3 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Thursday March 5 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Mon River Arts Rehearsal Studio, 206 Plum Street, Elizabeth, PA 15037.

This is a mainstage production. Roles are available for adults and children ages 10 and up. Auditionees should prepare 32 bars of a Broadway song, a 1-2 minute monologue, and come dressed to dance. Show dates are May 8-10, and 15-17. Directed by Lora Oxenreiter.
Mary Poppins, Jr. at the Grand Theatre March 12-15
Mon River Arts Youth Theatre will present Mary Poppins, Jr March 12-15 at the Grand Theatre in Elizabeth. Shows run Friday March 13 at 7:30pm, Saturday March 14 at 2pm and 6pm, and Sun March 15 at 2pm. A special Pay What You Can Night will take place on Thurs March 12 at 7:30pm. Musical Theatre Class for Children
Musical Theatre Class for children will start March 17, and will include dance, voice, and acting training in a structured, positive, fun-filled setting. Students will learn scenes and songs from Disney’s High School Musical. Class runs Tuesdays March 17 - May 19 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Tuition is $175. Deadline to register March 10.
