At the February 5, 2020 Rostraver Township Board of Commissioners Monthly Meeting, the Rostraver Township Lions presented the Commissioners with a $12,500 monetary donation and three park benches.

Robert Mesher explained the donations were from three sources: the Rostraver Township Lions, the Pennsylvania Lions Foundation, and Trex through the collection of recycled plastic bags by the Lions Club. Collection bins for plastic bags are located at the Rostraver Township Municipal Building, St. Anne’s Church and Rostraver Township Public Library.

The Rostraver Township Board of Commissioners are grateful for the generous donation and appreciate all that the Lions do for our community.
