The Charleroi Halloween Parade was held on Wednesday, October 23, at 7:00 pm.

Parade participants marched down the nighttime, spooky streets of McKean and Fallowfield Avenues. The parade was sponsored by the Charleroi Fire Department. The sidewalks were crowded with spectators who had a ghoulishly delightful time seeing all of the great costumes and enjoying delicious foods and treats for sale.
