The Belle Vernon Public Library recently received 13 books from Commonwealth Libraries and the Pennsylvania Department of Health for preschoolers on healthy food choices.

"The books include both fiction and nonfiction" noted library director Elina Filander. She added, "They would be great for day cares and nursery schools, or even home schoolers, who are looking to add a nutrition unit to their offerings."
