The North Belle Vernon Community Bank Park will be sponsoring its second ‘Best Decorated Homes and Businesses’ event for Christmas.
This year, the contest is open to everyone in the entire Mon Valley. All proceeds will benefit the Belle Vernon Library this year. If you have any questions, please contact RJ Sokol at 724-929-2749.
Rules and regulations:
1). Fees to enter: $5 per residence and $10 per business
2). Please make payment to the ‘NBV Rec Commission’ and mail it to NBV Rec Commission... 503 Speers Street, Belle Vernon, PA 15012, or drop it off in person at the NBV Borough Office.
3). Please send a picture via e-mail to nbvborough@gmail.com or post it to the North Belle Vernon Community Bank Park Facebook page of your residence or home
4). All pictures of the entered homes and businesses will be posted on Facebook and voted on by simply ‘Liking’ the picture. The pictures with the most likes will be declared the winner at midnight on December 21st.
Payouts for the decorating contests are as follows:
BUSINESS
1st place = $200
2nd place = $100
3rd place = $50
RESIDENCE
1st place = $100
2nd place = $75
3rd place = $50
