On Saturday, October 27, 2018 the Boy Scouts of Troop 1352 in Monongahela, helped to restore the Andrew Posey Memorial located in the industrial park in Donora, PA. The Scouts weeded the overgrown site, trimmed the shrubs and plants, and mulched the area.

Mr. Andrew Posey was a World War I Veteran, who was killed in 1920 in a work related accident at a U.S. Steel plant in Donora. The scouts were sponsored by the Travis Manion Foundation, a Veteran led charitable organization that works to build youth leadership and character through community initiatives. Lowe's in Belle Vernon also sponsored the event by donating materials for the clean up.
