It’s Never Too Late For A Spooky Story

Halloween might be over but the South Park Historical Society has one more haunted tale that you will not want to miss.

Bring a friend and join the Historical Society on Tuesday, November 20 as its Guest Speaker Series welcomes Keith Bastianini, presenting “Strange Tales for an Autumn Evening”. The presentation will be held at the Library Fire Hall at 7:00 p.m.

Remember South Park in the 1970s? The Bicentennial … Disco … The Dynasty! The South Park Historical Society is working on a new book, ‘South Park in the 70s’. This book is about you - your stories, your pictures, your memories of our community during this transformative decade.

 Two Great Books About South Park’s History

The holiday season will be here before you know it and the South Park Historical Society has two great books that your loved ones are bound to enjoy:

‘Historic Snowden Township - South Park Township’ and ‘History of Allegheny County’s South Park Farm Lands to Park Lands’.
