The churches that participated included Spirit Chapel, Crossroads Community Church of Jefferson Hills, St. Michael's Catholic Church, Elizabeth Baptist Church, First Presbyterian Church of Elizabeth, and Bethesda United Presbyterian Church.

“Kids Fest was an opportunity to give back to the communities we serve and offer the kids of the surrounding neighborhoods a day for them,” said Mike Granovitz, Outreach and Youth Pastor of Spirit Chapel.

The event included a variety of fun activities including, face painting, mini manicures, a game of water balloon battleship, other games with prizes, and the Big Splash dunk tank. There was also plenty of food available.
