"Early Settler Forts of Western Pennsylvania" will be the program hosted by the Peters Creek Historical Society on Monday, June 25 at 7:30 p.m., Wrights United Methodist Church social room, 788 Venetia Road, Venetia.

Presenters will be Bryan Cunning and Clay Kilgore, Director of the Washington County Historical Society. The program will focus on the history of the early forts in the area and the artifacts they found working in conjunction with National Geographic Channel's "diggers." Refreshments will be served.
