Lecture on Understanding Loss and Grief
The Southwestern Pennsylvania Registered Nurses Club will meet at 9:30 a.m. on September 19, 2017 at Hamilton Presbyterian Church, 4500 Hamilton Road in Bethel Park. Speaker is Dr. Lillian Meyers, Clinical Psychologist. Her topic is "Caregivers Understanding of Loss and Grief." All registered nurses are welcome. Contact Carol at 412 885-0367 for more information.
Scholarship Fund Card Party
The Southwestern Pennsylvania Registered Nurses Club will hold their 18th annual scholarship fundraiser card party on Saturday September 30, 2017 at South Hills Country Club from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Proceeds are for the nursing scholarship fund. The club has awarded over $270,000 since 1962. You can play cards, silent bingo, or just socialize. Admission is $30, which includes lunch and door prizes. Contact Betty at 412-655-9420 for the luncheon tickets. No tickets will be sold at the door; all seats are reserved. Tickets for Chinese auction, 50/50 raffle, and a mystery box raffle will be sold at the event. The public is invited to attend. Valet parking.
