At the June CAHS, Inc. meeting, Program President Kenneth Thompson gave a few announcements, then introduced Carly McCoy, who presented a very informative and updated review of the pursuits and activities of the Monongahela River region from Pittsburgh to Cheat Lake, WV.

From its own organizational history to region and place, from culture and migration to preservation, re-use and restoration, from the Riverquest and steel/glass/boat building to more, Carly covered much in a very short time with her PowerPoint presentation, and then fielded questions for a few minutes before everyone enjoyed the social with a variety of light refreshments, hosted by Thompson, Nikki Sheppick, Larry Cowell and LaVerne Williams for the month of June.
