The Edward V. Monaghan Charitable Youth Foundation 501(c)3, LLC, gave a donation to the Monessen Public Library and Cultural Center to assist in educational programs for children.

Monessen Library Receives Donation 

The monies will be used for the Makerspace and STEM projects, which aid students in problem-solving and leadership skills. Both programs also help develop greater imagination and creativity. The children's library conducts numerous weekly programs that foster group interaction and leadership skills with hands on training.
